Position Overview: As a Remote Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property management operations. You will work closely with our property managers to ensure the smooth and efficient management of single-family homes. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and email communications with tenants and homeowners, providing excellent customer service.
- Act as the "right-hand-person" to the Property Manager in Houston
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain and update property management databases and records.
- Prepare and distribute lease agreements, notices, and other relevant documents.
- Assist with the marketing and advertising of available rental properties.
- Speak with prospective applicants, residents, owners, vendors, and internal team members on video calls about any issues they may be having, and seek solutions
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Translate leadership directives into actionable tasks, demonstrating adaptability to different working styles.
