ACR Licensed HVAC Technician
We are a rapidly expanding property management company, working with a large portfolio of higher end single family rental homes. This role will perform and supervise HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations across our residential portfolio. Significant room for advancement for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Work:
- Perform HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for residential properties.
- Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units, in accordance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues promptly and effectively.
Supervision:
- Supervise team of HVAC technicians
- Help expand the scope of HVAC work performed in-house by reducing outsourcing and improving efficiency.
- Provide input on tools, equipment, and materials needed to enhance operations.
Support and Coordination:
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule HVAC projects.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HVAC regulations.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to OSHA standards and promote a safe working environment.
Licensure:
- Active Class A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor License (ACR).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation, preferably in residential settings.
Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work consistently.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
