Maintenance Coordinator

Position Overview:

As our Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all maintenance and repair requests for our single family homes. You will work closely with our property managers, tenants, and vendors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving and processing maintenance requests from tenants
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance work
  • Communicating with property managers and tenants regarding the status of maintenance requests
  • Tracking and reporting on the status of all open maintenance requests
  • Managing relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating pricing and terms when necessary
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a maintenance coordination or property management role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working remotely and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with property management software preferred (We use Appfolio and Property Meld)
