Property Manager (Houston)
Position Overview:
As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of approximately 200 single-family homes. Your responsibilities will include the full spectrum of property management tasks, from Tenant & Owner relations to maintenance oversight, and financial management. You will lead a dedicated team of three, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of service to our clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 single-family homes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upkeep of properties.
- Manage financial aspects, including rent collection, delinquency, and understanding of Owner Statements.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Liaise with owners and investors, providing regular updates and reports on property performance.
Requirements:
- A valid Texas Real Estate License.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong understanding of the Texas real estate market and property management laws.
Preferred:
- Experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Suite.
