Core Values
Everything we do is guided by our 5 Core Values. These values were not just artificially made-up to sound good. Rather, they naturally emerged after assessing the traits of every single member of our team, and finding the common personal characteristics that have made us successful as an organization. Understand that everyone is living their own life, dealing with life's challenges, so when people get upset they may be dealing with major issues we have no idea about
Be friendly - we are a customer service organization, and only as good as the quality of our relationships
Know that by being empathetic and fair and friendly, we can then confidently be firm on our principles, when needed
Collaborate without Ego
Ego-free collaboration in a helpful and team-based work environment
Team over individual
We are all rowing in the same direction, both with our internal SPM team members, and with our Owners, Residents, and Vendors
Solution-Oriented
Enjoy the process of successfully solving difficult and unique issues
Focus on the potential positive outcomes instead of the immediate difficulty
Anticipate and proactively prepare for challenges, rather than simply reacting to them

Your role is your domain, and you are the only one responsible for your domain
Think two steps ahead, and go the extra mile to make sure your responsibilities are handled properly and timely
Communication is KEY
Communication should be: consistent, correct, complete, clear, and courteous
Phone Calls may feel more difficult, but are often more effective
Anything agreed upon in a phone call should also be followed up with confirmation in writing
