Sales and Marketing Associate

As our Marketing and Sales Associate, you'll wear two hats: marketing guru and sales dynamo. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract property owners, as well as conducting direct outreach through cold calling and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (50%)

  • Manage and create content for social media accounts and company blog

  • Network with local Real Estate, Banking, Insurance and other professionals to develop sales pipeline for potential clients

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate online advertising efforts (Google Ads, social media ads)

  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance

  • Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)

Sales (50%)

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients (property owners)

  • Make cold calls to introduce our services and qualify leads

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts

  • Schedule appointments for property evaluations or consultations

  • Maintain and update CRM database

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in real estate or property management

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)

  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Understanding of local real estate market (preferred)
