Sales Associate (International Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to cold call local Houston Realtors who we have worked with in the past. Your goal will be to introduce our property management services and identify realtors who have clients in need of property management. You will then set up follow-up calls with our Business Development Manager to close the sale. We have an excellent reputation, and believe this role is primed for success!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to realtors who have shown SPM-managed homes
  • Introduce SPM's property management services and value proposition
  • Identify realtors with clients needing property management services
  • Schedule follow-up calls with SPM's Business Development Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold-calling role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships over the phone
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission
