Core Values

Everything we do is guided by our 5 Core Values. These values were not just artificially made-up to sound good. Rather, they naturally emerged after assessing the traits of every single member of our team, and finding the common personal characteristics that have made us successful as an organization. If you would like to know more about how we operate, knowing our core values is probably the best place to start.

  • Put yourself in other people’s shoes

  • Understand that everyone is living their own life, dealing with life's challenges, so when people get upset they may be dealing with major issues we have no idea about

  • Be friendly - we are a customer service organization, and only as good as the quality of our relationships

  • Know that by being empathetic and fair and friendly, we can then confidently be firm on our principles, when needed

  • Communication should be: consistent, correct, complete, clear, and courteous

  • Phone Calls may feel more difficult, but are often more effective
