We offer generous referral fees for all of our realtor partners, but more than that, we aim to become a trusted partner that you can turn to when your clients have property management needs.
If it is of concern, through our platform we track the original source of all clients, and we make sure to refer the owner back to the original Realtor for any relevant future buy/sell transactions.
We are 100% focused on the proper management of properties, and that is what we do. We have strong relationships with agents throughout the Houston area, and we are always seeking to build even more win-win, long-term referral partnerships with local agents.

Leave it to the Pros...
Property Management is often overlooked and many property owners believe they can just DIY the whole process. Many people who try that route then come back to us in 2-3 months after realizing the level of effort and expertise required to manage a home well. Why try to "figure it out" when we already have?
