Position Overview:
As a Residential Property Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the various functions of our pod system. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and property management industry. You will assist in a range of tasks from office duties to field assignments, including property inspections and logistical tasks. This role is ideal for a college student pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field, who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Pod Team Members: Assist the Property Manager, Leasing Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, and Assistant Property Manager in daily tasks and projects.
Property Inspections: Conduct basic inspections of properties to ensure compliance with standards and prepare reports for the property management team.
Logistical Support: Deliver and pick up items such as signs and lockboxes to and from properties as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Help organize and maintain property files, data entry, and prepare documentation related to leasing, maintenance, and property management.
Tenant and Owner Communications: Assist in handling communications, providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.
Project Assistance: Participate in special projects, offering innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
